Réseau ACCESS Network is committed to treating all people with dignity and independence while ensuring equal access to our harm reduction and health services. We will prevent and remove barriers to accessibility while meeting requirements under the AODA.

Physical Access

  • 2 Wheelchair-accessible entrance doors with ramp access to main floor Harm Reduction space
  • Accessible washrooms on main and 4th floors
  • Elevator access to 1st and 4th floor
  • LED lighting to reduce eye strain
  • Monthly ergonomic assessments
  • Clear pathways and adequate space for mobility devices

Emergency Preparedness

  • Emergency evacuation stretchers on each floor
  • Emergency maps and infographics
  • Staff responsible for assisting clients with accessibility needs during evacuations
  • Multiple accessible entrances and exits
