Why Support Réseau ACCESS Network?
Réseau ACCESS Network is a non-profit, community-based charitable organization, committed to promoting wellness, education, harm and risk reduction and education. Réseau ACCESS Network supports individuals – and serves the whole community – in a comprehensive / holistic approach to HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis C, Harm Reduction and related health issues. The Agency’s priority populations include but are not limited to; Men Who Have Sex With Men (MSM) / Gay, Bi, 2 Spirited, Sex Workers, individuals from Indigenous / First Nation communities, individuals who use substances (including those who use recreationally), and those who engage in high risk activities. Many of these clients face barriers to accessing services including stigma, social isolation, mental health issues, issues surrounding drug use, poverty, and homelessness.
The Agency connects people to services through the delivery of low-barrier in-reach services, outreach services, programming, community capacity building, and by meeting individuals where they are at. This means the Agency engages them and provides service as they request them, helping them where we can until they choose to request more services to build trust and encourage active participation once service is sought.
The Agency provides testing, case management, support services, referral services, harm reduction education and supplies, 2S-LGTBQ+ programming, and is working toward the delivery of even more services for people who use drugs to address the unmet needs of the overdose crisis.
Your donation can truly make an impact on someone’s life. By giving to the Agency, you are helping our community’s most vulnerable access services, receive care, and improve their overall health outcomes.
There are many ways to help the Agency make an impact enabling you to choose the right fit for your giving goals by selecting one or more of the many ways to contribute.

Securities Donation
Donating Securities is the most tax-efficient method of charitable giving. By donating securities directly to Réseau ACCESS Network as opposed to selling them and donating the proceeds, the capital gains tax can be eliminated. This means more money for our programs and a greater charitable tax credit for you. The dollar value of your tax receipt is determined by the closing price of the security on the day the shares are received by Réseau ACCESS Network.
Bequests/Legacy Gifts
You may wish to include Réseau ACCESS Network in your will through a bequest – a gift you leave for the future (also called Legacy gifts). A bequest provides you with the opportunity to support the Agency once your needs and those of your loved ones have been met. Making a gift by bequest to Réseau ACCESS Network can be as simple as inserting a paragraph into your will. See the sample language below.
“I give, devise and bequeath to Réseau ACCESS Network, with offices at 111 Larch St, Unit 401, Box 10, Sudbury, ON, P3E 4T5 and registered charitable number 13252 9041 RR0001, or its successors in interest, exclusive of my lifetime giving, if any, the sum of $ , to be used for its general purposes at the sole discretion of its trustees.”
Your attorney can specify a specific program such as harm reduction, HIV, or Hep C. They can also change this to a percentage of your residual estate. Should there be any questions, please have them contact Telana LeClair at 705-688-0500 ext. 215 or at [email protected].
Memorial Gifts & Tribute Donations
